Can I pause or skip meals?
Of course. Just let us know by 3 p.m. the day before, and we’ll take care of it.
Is there a limit on pause or skip days?
There’s no limit. Take a break whenever you need one. Just let us know by 3 p.m. the day before.
How does delivery work?
Your selected meals arrive together in one morning delivery. The current website lists deliveries Monday to Saturday, between 7 AM and 10 AM. Confirm your address during ordering.
When can I start?
The current start-date policy uses a 3 PM cutoff: orders before 3 PM start the next day; orders after 3 PM start the day after tomorrow. There are no Sunday deliveries.
What dietary choices are available?
Vegetarian, egg and non-vegetarian preferences are available. Discuss allergies or specific dietary needs with Auri before placing your order.
Will my plan renew automatically?
No. This is a one-time trial. You decide whether you would like to continue.
What can I do in the AURI web app?
Your meals, all in one place. See what you are getting and check the macro information, rate your meals, send skip or pause requests, and earn rewards.
For skip or pause requests, just let us know by 3 p.m. the day before.
